The staff is very helpful and efficient, we were allowed to check in earlier than usual. Breakfast is good, with hot items served by the staff, who ensures the food is always replenished in time. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. The windows curtain is dark enough to block out the bright light outside. The parking is free, safe and ample. Short walking distance to Rice U campus.

The staff were very compassionate, kind, helpful. The room was huge. The extra table helped for medical devices and med setup--usually we have a desk and nightstand in other hotels and we are very cramped for space. Security was top notch! Location is perfect for walking and easy of wheelchair use (or stroller or child wagon). There are lots of eateries and stores close by if you need anything or forgot something at home.
